Terms of Service

1. What SuperLearnΣr is

SuperLearnΣr is an online learning platform that gives your child Aria, a personal AI tutor. It is a supplement to your child's education. It does not replace school, a board curriculum, or professional educational advice.

2. Accounts and who may use the service

Accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Children use the service only under a parent account, with the parent's consent and supervision. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to use the service only for personal, non-commercial learning.

3. Free trial, subscription and billing

New accounts start with a free trial. No payment details are required for the trial.

Continued use after the trial requires a paid subscription at the price shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed per student and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (and, where relevant, US Dollars). Applicable taxes are as stated at checkout.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell or transfer access to the service,
• attempt to copy, scrape or extract our content, question banks or software,
• reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the service,
• use the service in any unlawful way.

6. Content and intellectual property

All content on the platform — lessons, questions, explanations, artwork and software — belongs to Jugraj Solutions LLP or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it while your account is active.

7. AI-generated explanations

Parts of the tutoring experience are generated by AI. We design and test the system to be accurate and grounded in vetted content, but AI can make mistakes. The service is provided for learning support and should not be treated as infallible.

8. Service availability and changes

SuperLearnΣr is in early access and under active development. Features may change, improve or be withdrawn. We will communicate material changes that affect a paid subscription.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jugraj Solutions LLP's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law to approach a consumer forum.
