SupΣrLearnΣr is a digital learning subscription. We do not ship physical products. This policy explains how access is delivered after signup or payment.

1. No physical shipping
SupΣrLearnΣr is delivered online through our website and related software. There are no physical goods, courier deliveries, shipping charges, or delivery tracking numbers for a subscription purchase.
2. Account access after signup
Parents can create an account and start the free trial online. Child profiles and learning access are managed inside the parent account.
3. Access after payment
After a successful subscription payment, access is normally activated automatically within a few minutes once the payment provider confirms the transaction. In rare cases, bank or payment-provider delays may mean activation takes longer.
If payment has been deducted but access is not visible, email support@thefutureacademy.in from your registered parent email with the payment reference. We will verify the transaction and help restore access.
4. Failed or incomplete payments
If a payment fails or checkout is closed before completion, access is not activated and you can try again from the checkout page. Any amount debited by mistake is handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Service availability
Because delivery is digital, access depends on your internet connection, our service availability, and the availability of our infrastructure providers. We work to keep the service available and communicate material interruptions where reasonably possible.
