Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data SupΣrLearnΣr (a product of Jugraj Solutions LLP) collects, why, and the choices you have. We build for children, so we hold ourselves to a conservative standard: collect little, never sell, and put parents in control.

1. What we collect

We collect only what the service needs to work:

  • Parent account details: email address and password (stored hashed).
  • Child profile: first name or username, and the interests you choose to share so lessons can be personalised.
  • Learning activity: answers, progress, mastery levels and session history — this is the core of how the tutor adapts.
  • Basic technical data: device/browser information and error logs needed to keep the service running.

2. Children's data and parental consent

Child accounts exist only under a parent account. By creating a child profile you, as the parent or legal guardian, consent to the processing of your child's learning data as described here. We do not knowingly collect data from children outside a parent-created account, and we never use children's data for advertising.

3. How we use data

Data is used to:

  • run the tutor: map what your child knows, choose the next concept, schedule reviews,
  • personalise lessons around your child's interests,
  • show you progress reports,
  • keep the service secure and fix problems,
  • process payments (handled by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers).

4. AI processing

To grade answers and generate explanations, learning inputs (such as an answer your child typed or spoke) are processed by vetted third-party AI providers under contracts that prohibit them from using this data to train their models where such controls are available. We send the minimum needed for the task.

4a. Voice with Aria and parental consent

By accepting this Privacy Policy when registering your child, you consent as their parent or legal guardian to the voice processing described in this section when Voice with Aria is used. Acceptance does not turn on the microphone; listening requires browser microphone permission and use of the voice feature.

Aria is an AI learning helper, not a person, and her voice is computer-generated.

Tap-to-talk uses the browser or operating system's speech service to convert speech into text. That service may send audio to its vendor's servers. SuperLearner does not record or save your child's microphone audio in this voice flow; this does not mean the browser vendor processes audio only on your device or never retains it.

Live conversation with Aria streams your child's voice securely to Microsoft Azure in India while they are talking, so it can be understood and Aria can answer aloud. SuperLearner does not record or save this audio or the words of the conversation; we keep only the date, how long the conversation lasted and how many questions were asked, to apply a daily time limit. Microsoft does not use this data to train AI models. To prevent misuse, Microsoft automatically screens conversations for harmful content, and if a conversation is flagged and the automatic check is inconclusive, authorised Microsoft staff may review that flagged content, which Microsoft keeps in its safety system in the same region.

Recognized text and the learning context needed for a reply are processed through SuperLearner by the configured AI service. Aria's spoken replies are generated by a text-to-speech service (Microsoft Azure Text-to-Speech, or Google Cloud Text-to-Speech during our transition) and played in your browser. The browser or operating system's speech recognition service and these providers process information under their respective policies; this section does not promise that providers never retain it.

Nearby speech may also be recognized while listening is active. Avoid sharing passwords, contact details or information unnecessary for learning. You can stop listening and change microphone permissions at any time. Speech recognition and AI replies can make mistakes. Stopping the microphone does not erase text or information already processed; contact us using the details below with privacy or consent requests.

5. What we never do

  • We never sell personal data.
  • We never show third-party advertising to children.
  • We never use children's data for marketing.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in, and privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand how the website performs. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

7. Storage, security and retention

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit and at rest, with access restricted to what operating the service requires. We keep learning data while the account is active, because the memory schedule depends on history. If you delete your account, personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).

8. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your and your child's data, or withdraw consent, by writing to kushagrag86@gmail.com. We comply with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify parents by email or an in-product notice before the change takes effect.
