1. Free trial

Every new account starts with a free trial. No card is required, so there is nothing to refund — if it is not working for your child, simply stop.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime — there is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; your child keeps full access until then. You will not be charged again after cancelling.

3. Refunds on your first payment

If SuperLearnΣr is not right for your child, write to us within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

4. Refunds on renewals

Renewal payments are generally not refundable, because you can cancel before any renewal. If something went wrong — for example a charge after you cancelled, a duplicate charge, or an extended service outage — tell us and we will make it right, including a full or pro-rata refund where appropriate.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@thefutureacademy.in from your registered parent email with the payment reference. We acknowledge within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law.
